Initiate Request
Log into your Retail Maharaj account, visit the 'My Orders' section, and select the item you wish to return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Quality Check Preparation
Ensure the apparel is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags and packaging intact to qualify for a successful return process.
Handover to Courier
A pickup will be scheduled within 48 hours; please hand over the securely packed parcel to our logistics partner and collect the acknowledgement receipt.
Refund or Exchange
Once the item passes our quality inspection at the warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchanged size will be dispatched.
